Foreign body type and size
The accuracy of the foreign body detected by gold probe is related to the material and size of the foreign body itself. The larger and denser the foreign body, the easier it is to detect. The smaller and less dense the foreign body, the more difficult it is to detect.
Foreign body location
The distance between the foreign object and the X-ray emitter will affect the sensitivity of detection. When the foreign object is near the emitter ray source, the effective area (the shadow of the X-ray) projected by the detector will be amplified, and it will be easier to detect.
The detection of foreign bodies varies in different locations
The same foreign body in the product near the center line, compared to close to the two sides of the Transmission belt, because the transmitter is closer, the ray loss is smaller, it is easier to detect the central part of the foreign body.
Product packaging
Different product packaging materials have a great impact on the sensitivity of the detection. For example, the use of X-ray machines to detect metal foreign objects is easier to detect in PET plastic bottles than in glass bottles. The detection of metal cans and glass bottles is very challenging because part of the container always appears in the image. However, through advanced professional adaptive shielding and detection procedures can be adjusted accordingly according to the packaging, thus obtaining good detection capabilities.
